How to use Thaumaturgy, and really hurt 'em!
Once again, I'd like to thank the person who actually wrote this.
Warning!
Extended usage of these tricks may cause your friends
to suddenly become your enemies. And you wouldn't want that, now would
you?
Here's some fun and exciting things to do with Thaumatrugy!
- Malkavian annoying you? Use spirit thaumaturgy to summon a spirit
or two to really make him hear voices!
- Toreador getting you down? Conjure a fabulous necklace of finely
cut and highly polished precious stones and watch 'em drool!
- Assamite kicking your ass? Try tossing him something that's been
Engaged as a Vessel of transference and watch him react as your blood
suddenly mingles with his!
- Here's a generally dirty trick: mail someone a dormant Splinter
Servant rigged to be released when they open the package! It's hours of
fun!
- Ventrue bothering you? Use Taste of Blood to locate his herd and
start tinkering with them, perhaps by infecting them with hepatitis, HIV,
or the blood disease of your choice! (Watch that Humanity plummet!)
- It's doesn't matter how strong that Brujah is when he's floating
ten feet off the ground! Movements of the Mind really takes the punch out
of Potence-heavy characters! (Filling a dumpster with burning paper and
then "dunking" them is an interesting method of torture, interrogation,
and an evening's diversion!)
- If you expect to be facing someone with high Dominate, try jacking
your own Generation up temporarily higher than theirs through the use of Taste
for Blood!
- While your companions are busily slugging it out with the bad guy,
it can be fun to suck his blood points at a distance and then force him to
spend those he has left! Also, by making your companions burn blood
points, it's easier to make them frenzy while fighting! (You might want
to have a backdoor or window handy for that quick retreat when they finish
stomping the bad guy and starting looking around for you!)
- Neptune's Might, while easily the least taken Path, can be
especially handy if you insist on meeting people on your private yacht or
at a public park that has a duck pond.
